How i feel about poetry, Poet link

When I think of poetry. I think of 2 things; love and laughter. When I was younger I always wanted to do two things; I always wanted to make everyone around me laugh, and I always wanted to be with girls and fall in love. Till this day I'm still obsessed with making people laugh, and yes girls as well. I wouldn't be to sure about the falling in love thing as much anymore lol. You might be asking yourself what does that have to do with poetry. Well, that's easy I was always best at writing my thoughts on emotions down on paper and through words. Whether it be a love poem or a funny rhyme; either way I could always get the emotion I wanted out of people which was either laughing, crying, and/or both. I was always good at getting to peoples emotions through words and/or poems that I've written. Someone wise once told me, “the key to a girls heart is laughter.” That's my motto and I'm sticking to it.
